Studio Policies

  • We realize that you have worked very hard on your pottery and we promise to do our best to make sure it is perfect for you, but sometimes unforeseen things happen. In that case we would ask that you come in and redo your piece at no additional cost or receive store credit.

  • You must have your coupon with you for us to be able to give you the discount. No Exceptions.

  • Pick up is 1 week from the time you paint your pottery, you can call if you would like to see if your things are done earlier. If you need it done earlier ask one of our helpful staff if it is possible for an additional charge of $10 per piece we can expedite the firing of your piece and get it to you within 3 days (this may be possible but please ask before you start painting).

  • Puffy paint is used as an accent for fine detail like writing and outlines. We are not responsible for misuse.

  • Credits and Discounts are issued by management only.

  • Children are the responsibility of the parents. No Running, Jumping or playing ball inside the studio.

  • Bean Bag chairs are for sitting only, not stacking or jumping… parents please help us with this policy.

  • If you happen to break your pottery while you are painting it we will be happy to give you 20% off your broken piece. If you choose to paint another piece of pottery it will be at full price.
